How we compare press release services

A useful comparison should explain what was checked, what the price buys and what remains uncertain.

Current pricing reference checked 1 November 2026

1. Start with primary sources

We consult a provider's own pricing, package and service pages. Each current provider card links to the source. A competitor's roundup can inform which questions readers ask, but it is not our source for a vendor's current price.

2. Compare equivalent purchases

We label the billing basis: one release, a multi-release bundle, a monthly subscription or one selected publication outlet. We distinguish editorial review from full writing and note word limits, geographic scope and add-ons where established.

3. Keep offers conditional

Promotions can expire or depend on a first order, quantity or account eligibility. Our entry-price comparison does not assume a coupon or bonus. Check the final order terms before paying. We do not claim to have tested coupon redemption.

4. Separate distribution from outcomes

A published outlet list or potential network audience is not proof of readership, sales, independent journalist coverage or a higher search ranking. We do not promise those results or convert a vendor's marketing statement into an independently verified finding.

5. Make uncertainty visible

“Published pricing checked” means a public package amount and billing unit were available. “Quote required” means a complete public total was not established. “Paid pricing needs confirmation” means the source was ambiguous. “Could not verify” means an accessible primary source was unavailable.

Current checks do not establish every contractual guarantee, refund remedy or service-level condition. Ask the provider to confirm those details for your particular order.

6. Preserve the review history

Older observations and their original links remain in a clearly labeled historical section. Its prices, testimonials, discounts and guarantees are not presented as newly verified. Historical dates are not evidence of a new test. Search summaries use the current price reference for these pages rather than old package amounts.

7. Explain affiliate relationships

We may earn a commission through provider links. The original affiliate destinations and attribution parameters are retained. No numerical product score is assigned by this price check.

Limits of this update

This is desk research into published offers, not a hands-on purchase of every service or an independent audit of each distribution network. It cannot establish future pricing, legal compliance for a specific release or guaranteed campaign results.
